How do I receive my order?
After you place your order, we will contact you using the details you provided at checkout. We’ll work with you to set up a time that fits your schedule to meet in-game and complete the trade for your pet.
If you didn’t include contact information, please submit a ticket through our Contact page or message us on TikTok with your order number, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to contact you within 24 hours of your purchase. Once we reach you, we’ll arrange a time that works best for both of us to complete the trade in-game.
We always try to deliver as quickly as possible, but response times may vary depending on availability.
Can I return my pets?
Because these are digital items, all sales are final once your pet has been delivered.
If you change your mind before receiving your pet, you can contact us through the Contact page or TikTok with your order number. We’ll be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund as long as delivery has not been completed.
